Lisa M. Davis Ph.D.

President/CEO

Lisa Davis has been working in the human service field since 1990, always specializing in children’s services. In 2000 she founded an agency specializing in sexually abusive youth. She also worked as the Executive Director of the Family Resources Manatee Programs before becoming the CEO. Lisa is passionate about working with youth and has made this a priority in career. She has a Master’s in Education, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy and a Ph.D. in Clinical Sexology.

Andy Coble

Chief Operating Officer

Andy Coble has been in the human service field for over 20 years specializing in services to youth and families.  Andy began his career providing counseling services and eventually moved into various administrative roles, all within the non-profit community-based sector.  Andy has a master’s degree in counseling and currently holds a license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in the state of Florida.

Nicole Leslie

Vice President of Impact

Nicole Leslie has been in the human service field for 15 years, always specializing in services to youth and families. Nicole began her career working in child abuse prevention services and eventually moved into an administrative role when joining Family Resources in 2011. Nicole is passionate about supporting youth and families with an emphasis on providing services to, and advocating for, runaway and homeless youth. Nicole has a master’s degree in Social Work and holds a license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Florida.
